Located mid-Dutchess County, west of the towns of Washington and Stanford, the Town of Clinton sends its students to four different school districts: Hyde Park, Millbrook, Pine Plains and Washington. Created in 1788, the town has a population of around 4,300 people where the median priced home in May was $652,000 according to One Key MLS Infosparks, higher than Rhinebeck’s $623,000 and substantially more than the $425,000 median for all of Dutchess County.
