Even without Silo Ridge sales included, Amenia real estate activity in March and April demonstrates the wide separation between the affordable and luxury home market.

There were two sales of homes under 1,300 square feet on small parcels for $320,000 and $351,000 and another larger home for $512,500. The luxury home market begins with the three properties sold for over a million dollars up to almost $4 million. Currently there are five actively listed homes for sale under $500,000 in Amenia and two over $500,000 with 14 parcels of vacant land to build your own home.
