MILLERTON — The five real estate transfers in the Town of North East and the Village of Millerton in June and July 2025 boasted a variety of sales: 16 acres of vacant commercial land, the location occupied by CVS which is part in the village and part in the town, the former village hall, a three bedroom home in Boston Corners and an estate on Sharon Station Road.

The number of active listings included 14 parcels of land, two commercial buildings on Main Street and 22 single family homes suggests that North East/Millerton is a buyers’ market; however, the median price for a single family home remains at a historic high of $505,000.
