PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board invites sealed bids for the furnishing of all materials and labor necessary for the renovation of the New Town Hall for the Town of North East, New York, located at 5603 Route 22, Millerton, NY. This Contract has been designated, as set forth in these contract documents, including drawings and specifications, prepared by LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, LLP (located at 1 Coates Drive, Goshen, NY 10924). All such sealed bids must be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of North East, 19 North Maple Ave., Millerton, NY 12546 not later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 at which time such bids will be publicly opened and read out loud. Staff will be available to accept hand-delivered bids between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2026.
