The Millerton News will periodically publish a listing of residential real estate sales in eastern Dutchess County and adjacent towns. The Silo Ridge Field Club is an 800-acre, members-only residential recreational real estate community of the Discovery Land Company located on Route 22 in Amenia.

The club contains an 18-hole golf course and offers a variety of outdoor recreational activities including an equestrian center, swimming, hiking and even an organic garden.

Sales at Silo Ridge Club are recorded in Dutchess County and do not appear on multiple listing services because they are sold privately and do not involve a real estate broker.  Visitors to the Silo Ridge website can view properties currently for sale, including condominiums starting at $2.9 million, large homes for $10 million, cottages for $5 million, and vacant lots.

From January to May 2023, there were five sales, all but one for vacant land in the exclusive development.

16 Snowy Owl, on .3 acres with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 1.627 square feet was sold for $4.7 million.

316 Wood Duck has .33 acres of vacant land and sold for $1,816,238
