The Union Cemetery Association will hold it’s annual meeting on Sept. 14, 2023, at St. Thomas Church, 40 Leedsville Rd., Amenia, NY from Noon to 1:30 PM. PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of North East, Dutchess County, New York, on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 7:30 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Town Hall, 19 North Maple Avenue, Millerton, New York, on the application of John Kevin Webb, contract vendee of a 0.98 Acre parcel to be subdivided from tax parcel # 7171-00-232833, and NML Farm LLC, owner of the parcel, for variances of Section 98-14 D(5) of the Zoning Law of the Town of North East requesting reductions in the required rear yard setbacks and a variance of Section 98-14D(6) of the Zoning Law of the Town of North East requesting a reduction in the required side yard setback.
