The Facility is proposed to include a 150-foot monopole with panel antennas thereon, together with related equipment located within a secure fenced area at the base thereof.

The balloon test will be conducted on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the Site, or in case of inclement or windy weather, on Saturday, March 1, 2025 and then each consecutive weekend date thereafter until the balloon test is completed.
